The sustainable architecture is that one that takes as a strategic target to minimize or to limit to the maximum his contribution to the environmental impacts, as consequence of all his processes edificatorios of construction, use and demolition and considering of form it integrates his cycle of life, from the beginning up to his end.

Fair of Valladolid will lodge next December the second edition of the Congress of Sustainable Architecture in which there will be analyzed, from different perspectives, the lines of performance that have to follow from the ambience public and deprived to achieve the sostenibilidad in the construction. In the organization of this event, which they will develop on the 15th, December 16 and 17, there are involved the Meeting of Castile and León and the Official Schools of Architects of the region.

The target of the congress is to reflect and to propose sustainable urban and architectural models of minimal ecological trace, in such a way that they allow to reach the sostenibilidad of the building in the XXIst century, by means of the formulation of proposals of city and buildings of zero emission of CO2, in the first phase, and of zero environmental impact as inalienable target for the future.
